Getting found is only half of it

TABLE STAKES

I run Lumaire Co. I help restaurants, shops, and venues around San Antonio get found by local customers, then give those customers a reason to come back.

Most of what a local business earns comes from people who already know it

The second visit. The couple who books your patio again for their anniversary.

Your website has to answer the question someone is typing into their phone from a parking lot two blocks away. I get the pages saying what you actually sell, and set up the local search pieces that bring the calls. Google Business Profile included, because for a lot of places that listing does more work than the site.

Getting them back

Your customer list is the most valuable thing you own and it is probably sitting in a POS system nobody opened this year. I find out why people stopped coming, what your regulars have in common, and what happens between the first visit and the second. Then I build the emails and offers that bring people back.

Where this comes from

eighteen years

I spent 18 years running customer support and success teams at software companies, including one I grew from five people to ninety. The question was always the same. Why do people leave, and what would have kept them. That work has a name and a whole industry in software. In local business it mostly does not get done, so the answers are still sitting there.

“Tickets have sold. Mind blown.”

Restaurants, shops, salons, and venues. Places people travel to. If customers can come back, and you have a way to reach them or want one, this is the work.

Start with your website

Send me your website address and I will run a twelve point check on what is working and what is quietly costing you calls, then send it back to you. If your site passes, we talk about getting people back. If it does not, that is where we start.
