Owner-Led Business Advisory

Somehow, everything still comes back to you. It doesn’t have to.

Lumaire helps you simplify how your business runs, reduce what keeps coming back to you, and create more capacity to grow without adding more complexity.

See what’s really going on Business Diagnostic

The Lumaire Lens.

You know what your business needs. Finding the time to make it happen is another story.

Before we decide what to change, we look at four practical questions: what you want to improve, what is getting in the way, what can change, and what gets better when the change sticks.

01

Outcome

What do you want to be different?

  • More qualified inquiries
  • A steadier week
  • Fewer decisions only you can make
  • More repeat business
  • Work delivered when promised
  • A business you can step away from
02

Drivers

What is making that harder than it needs to be?

  • Quotes waiting on you
  • Work living in one person’s head
  • Follow-up between everything else
  • Scheduling by exception
  • Pricing changing case by case
  • Too many interruptions
03

Levers

What can you change in how the business runs?

  • A repeatable intake and quote
  • A weekly capacity check
  • Clear decision boundaries
  • A handoff from sale to delivery
  • A follow-up rhythm
  • Work to delegate or stop
04

Impact

What gets better when the change sticks?

  • More family time
  • Fewer late nights
  • A confident team
  • Time away without checking in
  • More capacity for profitable work
  • A more consistent customer experience

Practical changes Ways to help

Some of the ways I can help

The right work depends on what your business needs next.

These are examples, not an exhaustive list. We can scope the work around the change that matters most to you.

01

Team decisions

Clarify who decides what, what can move without you, and how your team can move with more confidence.

02

Customer booking, contracts, and payment

Tighten the path from interest to a clear next step, with fewer handoffs and fewer details waiting on you.

03

Lead follow-up

Create a simple rhythm so good leads do not get lost between everything else you are carrying.

04

Hiring intake and screening

Shape the intake, first-pass review, and handoff so you can spend your time where your judgment matters most.

05

Finishing projects

Bring stuck or unfinished work to a defined next step, close the loop, and make progress visible.

06

Owner time to lead

Make room for the work only you can do without every question, exception, or decision waiting on you.

Support with clear boundaries

Choose the support that keeps you in control.

You stay in control of the decisions, the business, and the scope. We agree what is included, who owns the work, and what success looks like before we begin.

These are defined ways to work together—not unlimited VA services or an open-ended task list.

  • A defined area of work with agreed deliverables and decision rights.
  • Lumaire works alongside you inside the agreed scope.
  • Clear boundaries; not unlimited VA support or an open-ended task list.
  • 6-month minimum.

Start with a first look

Too busy holding it together to see what needs to change?

The free Business Clarity Scorecard is a simple, self-guided first look through the Lumaire Lens. It takes a few minutes. Each section’s questions must be answered before you can move to the next section, so you can work through the full scorecard in order.

Your results are available without marketing consent. Any marketing permission is optional and does not determine whether you can see your results.

Clear scope Clear investment

Choose the level of help that fits.

Most owners start with the Business Clarity Diagnostic, because it gives us a grounded place to decide what to change and what kind of help is useful. That is a usual starting point, not a requirement: adequate diagnostic work you already have, or a separately scoped project with a clear outcome, may justify a different path.

Once we know what matters, choose the level of support that matches the change you want to make and the role you want to keep.

01

Client stories

Real businesses.
Practical changes.

The right changes make room for growth.

Growth does not always require a dramatic overhaul. Sometimes it starts with fixing the few things creating extra work, missed opportunities, or too much dependence on the owner.

A repeatable booking path can give an owner back attention without changing what makes the work personal.

The pressure
The booking process carried several client-setup steps that could be brought into one repeatable path from inquiry to retainer.
The work
Implemented a live Pixieset booking flow with an email template and link, automated contract, questionnaire, billing, and retainer payment. Real clients have used it.
The result
The process reduced manual steps without inventing a quantified time or conversion claim. Earlier verified marketing results remain part of the story: every blog post brought at least one inquiry, and the college campaign booked at least eight sessions.

You should not have to be the answer to everything.

I help owners see what matters, make the business easier to run, and build more room to grow.

I've always been interested in the space between a good idea and making it work in real life—the decisions, people, processes, and everyday realities that determine whether a business gets easier or harder to run.

With 25+ years across operations, technology, customer organizations, and executive leadership, I've learned how to connect the big picture to the everyday work that makes a business run. I know what it takes to find the real constraint, make a practical change, and help the change stick—so growth does not have to mean more complexity or more falling back on the owner.

Lumaire is where I bring that experience, pattern recognition, and practical strategy to owner-led businesses that want to grow without asking more and more of the owner.

What would change if less of the business depended on you?

Growth should create more opportunity, not more complexity. Start by seeing what is working, what is getting in the way, and what matters next.
