This Privacy Policy explains how Lumaire handles information connected with www.lumaireco.com, including the Business Performance Advisory and Owner-Led Business Advisory practices.
Information Lumaire may collect
When you use this website, Lumaire may receive information that your browser makes available automatically, such as the page you visit, the date and time of a visit, browser and device information, approximate location, and the website or campaign that referred you.
If you contact Lumaire directly, your message and contact details may be handled so that Lumaire can respond and manage the business relationship. Lumaire does not treat this website as a place to collect information that is not needed for those purposes.
Website analytics
Lumaire uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) through a direct Google tag for the Lumaire Co main website web stream in the lumaireco.com property (Measurement ID G-0YY8PG25PM) to understand website traffic, content performance, campaign attribution, and interest in the two Lumaire practices. Analytics is disabled by default in the current website architecture. GA4 will not load or collect analytics through this website unless you affirmatively choose Allow analytics.
Lumaire does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, Scorecard responses, Calendly booking details or notes, or other personally identifying form or booking information to GA4. Qualified opportunities, revenue, and customer details are kept outside GA4.
Cookies and similar technologies
When GA4 is enabled after your consent, it may use first-party cookies or similar technologies to distinguish visits and maintain session information. Lumaire does not use this website to create advertising profiles, remarketing audiences, or personalized advertising.
The privacy preference itself is stored locally in your browser using one first-party localStorage value named lumaire-analytics-consent. Its value is either granted or denied. It stores only your analytics choice and does not store identifying information.
Campaign and source attribution
Lumaire may use controlled campaign parameters in links, such as source, medium, campaign, and content identifiers. These values are intended to describe a campaign or content asset, not a person. Lumaire does not intentionally place names, email addresses, phone numbers, confidential prospect information, or form answers in campaign URLs.
Scorecards and scheduling
Lumaire uses Tally to provide the Business Performance Scorecard and Business Clarity Scorecard. Lumaire may receive information submitted through those Scorecards so it can provide the requested experience and follow up appropriately. Scorecard responses are not sent to GA4. Tally may process information according to its own terms and privacy documentation.
Lumaire uses Calendly for scheduling the Lumaire Intro Call and Business Clarity Call. Calendly may process information needed to schedule and manage a meeting according to its own terms and privacy documentation.
These service providers are separate from the Lumaire website. Their forms and scheduling pages may have their own settings, notices, cookies, and privacy choices.
Service providers
Lumaire may use service providers to host the website, provide analytics, operate Scorecards, schedule meetings, deliver email, or support business communications. Those providers may process information on Lumaire’s behalf or provide their services directly to you. Lumaire does not use GA4 to collect the contents of Scorecard responses or Calendly booking details.
Retention
GA4 event data is configured for a 14-month retention period after analytics is activated. Other information, including communications, Scorecard submissions, and scheduling records, may be retained as needed to provide services, respond to requests, maintain business records, or manage the relationship. Retention settings for Tally and Calendly are also affected by those providers’ systems and policies.
Your privacy choices
You can choose Allow analytics or Decline analytics when the privacy notice appears. You can change that choice at any time through Manage Privacy Choices in the footer. Changing from allowed to declined updates the saved preference immediately. If you decline analytics, the Lumaire website will not load GA4 through this consent architecture.
