Get them back

Your next customer may already know you

Some of your best future customers have already been through your door once. Getting them back starts with knowing who they are and giving them a reason to return.

What you get

Build: $2,500 one time

  • A check-up on why regulars stopped coming, and what would bring them back

  • A customer list built at checkout or the ticket counter, owned by you

  • Review requests that go to happy customers at the right moment

  • Your email platform set up with a welcome message for new sign-ups

Ongoing care: $1,000 a month, three-month minimum

  • Two email campaigns per month, tied to your menu changes or event calendar

  • Review requests kept running, with replies drafted for your approval

  • List growth checked every month so sign-ups keep coming in

  • A short monthly report showing who came back

Campaigns beyond two a month are quoted before I start. Your email platform and review tool are billed to you directly, so your customer list stays in your name.

How it works

  • A twenty-minute call about your regulars and the ones you haven’t seen lately

  • I run the check-up, then set up list capture and review requests

  • You approve every campaign before it sends

  • Monthly care starts the month after launch

A recent win

Robin Jansky Photography had a list of past high school senior clients. I built a win-back campaign around their next milestone, and 80% (eight clients) booked again as college seniors.
