Meet the founder

I've spent my career inside the machinery of businesses.

I help leaders understand what's driving business performance and turn that clarity into focused action.

Over more than 25 years, I've worked across financial services, technology, SaaS, operations, customer organizations, implementation, revenue, and executive leadership.

Each function sees an important part of the picture. My role is to work across those boundaries—to connect financial, commercial, customer, and operating signals, identify what is driving the outcome, and provide an independent diagnosis of what to change first.

I've led through growth, complexity, transition, and the everyday work of making an organization perform better. That experience shaped how I work now: start with the outcome, understand the system creating it, and focus the organization on the levers that can actually move.
